Foreign trade business
Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist the manager of the foreign trade department in exploring international markets, finding and developing overseas customers and orders, and timely doing translation work;
2. Develop sales plans and be responsible for customer development, sales, and business activities within the scope of responsibilities;
3. Prepare a business trip plan, report the progress of customer visits in a timely manner, and report and summarize upon returning from the trip;
4. Responsible for tracking the production and sourcing of foreign trade orders, as well as the inspection and transportation of goods, customs clearance, collection of foreign exchange, and inspection and customs clearance processes, and promptly addressing any issues that arise at each stage;
5. Organize foreign trade customer information, provide timely feedback and processing of customer requirements, negotiate, evaluate, sign contracts, review documents, track and manage orders, manage and control risks, and manage foreign trade business processes and risks;
6. Participate in bidding for foreign projects and organize relevant business activities;
7. Participate in foreign exhibition work and organize customer visits;
8. Participate in the establishment of overseas offices and, if necessary, temporarily stay in the office to handle related matters;
9. Regularly track monthly inquiries, orders, production progress, shipments, order invoicing, and payment collection;
10. Responsible for managing customer relationships and following up on after-sales, maintenance, and repair work;
11. Complete annual sales targets and other company arrangements."
Job Requirements:
Age/gender: 23-45 years old/male or female not limited;
Education: associate degree or above;
Professional competence:
1. English, international trade, mechanical design and other related majors;
2. Excellent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, able to quickly and proficiently write business English letters, with good spoken English (CET-4);
3. Experience in valve foreign trade sales is preferred;
Personality: Good character, enthusiastic and proactive, with excellent communication skills"
