Rewards and Punishments

Reward behavior

·Reward is the affirmation and return of every excellent employee's hard work and dedication for the company, is the embodiment of personal value, is the basis for the company's stable development. Rewards should be given to those who have good conduct, safeguard the interests of the company, and make great contributions to the company. The following behaviors should be rewarded.

Punishment behavior

·Administrative or economic punishment shall be imposed on the employee according to the severity of the circumstances and the losses caused to the company. Employees who have the following behaviors will be given warnings, fines, demotion, dismissal or expulsion, and the company will not give any economic compensation to employees who are dismissed or expelled, and compensate the company for losses caused to the company as appropriate.






Approval Process

·Rewards: employee recommendation, self-recommendation, company nomination→ review by the personnel department→ review by the deputy general manager→ approval by the chairman

·Punishment: The personnel department clarifies the facts and obtains evidence→ gives administrative sanctions or economic penalties on the basis of the company's rules and regulations, relevant laws and regulations→ notifies the person in writing and stores it in his personal file.



Economic dispute

·Economic disputes  If the economic loss is less than 50,000 yuan (including 50,000 yuan), the responsible person shall compensate 10%-50%;

·If the economic loss is more than 50,000 yuan, the Ministry of Supervision or the Supervision Commission shall report to the general manager or the board of directors to decide the amount of compensation to be compensated by the responsible person;

·If the circumstances are serious, the case shall be submitted to the judicial department for handling according to law.
